Simpson RICHARDS, who I am told was called "Simp" by his friends and kin, was born abt. 1804, married Nancy VEST (dau of Littleberry and his first wife, Polly MOORE) on 01 Nov 1832 in Floyd CoVA. He and Polly and their children appear on the 1850, 1860, and 1870 censuses for Franklin CoVA, and he is said to have been born in Virginia. Whose little boy was he? Any clues appreciated.
