Item 4-- I will unto my daughter Lucy Wilhoite eight Negroes and the increase of the females of them at present named Lucy, Coleman, Easter, Martha, Emily, Falton, and Wilson. Item 5-- I will to each of my other surviving heirs five dollars each. Also to the heirs of those of my children, which are, dead five dollars, provided they should apply to my Executors for the same within three years after my death. Should any of them fail to apply as above, the money to go to my son Hezekiah.
