My answer to this is.... put the INFORMATION out there.... It is information, data, and on and on. No one can copyright a person's birth, marriage date, death date, name etc. If it is a history written by someone, then the exact wording of that history may be subject to copyright. But facts are facts, they are not copyright items. It is up to the person or company that claims copyright infringement to prove that their copyright to anything has been breached. Do not be deterred by those who threaten legal action. More often than not it is someone who speaks loudly and carries a very little stick. From one who knows Eric
