"Franklin County Birth Records, 1853-1870" is now available. This book contains  records from the microfilm located in the Clerk's office in Rocky Mount.  The book has 176 pages of birth records with another 94 pages of an every-name index.  The price is $45 for members of the Franklin County Genealogy Society, $60 for non-members.  Or, include $10 for membership and only send $55 and get both, plus $3 s/h, send check or money order to: Beverly Merritt, P.O.
