Hi Dan, thanks for your offer of help. Do you remember abt. what year the Warrens moved from Lunenburg to Chestnut Creek? I haven't found the deed where Robert Mason bought his land on Chestnut Creek, bef. 1774. But, maybe that's when Thomas Warren left Lunenburg, too. Another interesting fact is that in the 1820 Lawrence Co. TN Census, there is a Robert, Warren and Nathaniel Mason. None of the Mason researchers that I've contacted know where they came from. We'd sure would like the answer to that puzzle! Marla
