The couple had children: Harriet, b. 17 Oct 1854; James Buchanan, b. 28 Oct 1856; Ruth Ann, b. 14 Sep 1858; Sarah Walker, b. 01 Jul 1865; Robert Edward, b. abt. 1867; Nancy Ida, b. 1870; Unknown child, b. 29 Apr 1871; George H., b 1873; Samuel Evans, b. 1875; and Lenora L., b. Oct 1876. Rachel Anglin's parents were: Simpson RICHARDS, b. abt. 1804, and Nancy VEST, dau of Littleberry VEST and Polly MOORE. Nancy was b. 18 Aug 1816 and d. 07 Jun 1901 in Floyd CoVA. They married in Floyd CoVA 01 Nov 1832, and I have the following as their children: Sarah, b. abt 1833; Mary Jane, b. abt 1834; Rachel Anglin, b. 1836; Anderson (a.k.a. "Buck"), b. abt 1838; Samuel R., b. 05 Mar 1840; Alice Ann, b. 27 Oct 1843; Martha, b. abt 1844; Catherine, b. abt 1846; William J., b. abt 1846; and Fleming, b. abt 1852. I know nothing about the origins of Simpson RICHARDS. Does anyone have any information on his parents or siblings, his place and date of birth or death?
