Phillips m. Sally Smith, Aug. 6, 1806. Wm. Kemp surety. John Phillips m. Agnes Bradley, dau/o Wm., Aug 6, 1810. Joseph Ball, surety. William Phillips m. Ellender Bradley, Nov 10, 1817.
