    2. Here in Roanoke County, Va. we had a huge forest fire and the South Bound lanes of I-81 was closed for quite awhile. There are also fires buring in Bedford County, Va., (Montvale and Huddleston). The fire here has already burned about 1000 acres and is still burning. It was caused by the high winds when it brought down power lines. There are about 50,000 people still without power. The firefighters have got their hands full as we are still having some winds and it is cold here. 3. Hi List- We just got the power back on here in Dublin-it was off 26 LONG COLD hours!! I have never seen the wind blow as hard as it did yesterday-it blew out a section of my privacy fence and broke it in 6 pieces. In Snowville it blew off part of the roof on 1 of Mom's buildings and 1 of the air circulators on top of her house but her power stayed on. I sure will be glad when spring gets here!!
