Prediction is that all of CA will be in the ocean from the shear weight of so many people and so many new high rises. Stockton, unfortunately has more repo home than anywhere in the nation. We know how y'all feel. Our current location in Florida is just south of the highest point in the state. All the "global warming" disaster maps show that we'd be about the only spot in Florida left above water if all the dire predictions came true and the polar ice caps melt.
