Most born and bred Floydians do not put flour and sugar in their cornbread. Try to find cornmeal that is coarsely ground. I've heard what they sell at Mabry Mill is good. I like the self-rising cornmeal milled at Big Spring Mill in Elliston, VA. You just add egg, oil and milk. Mary
