Phyllis Chandler, beloved spouse of John Chandler and loving mother of Marilyn Sue (Jimmie) Blackwood, Linda Sue (Buddy) Cox, Barbara Ann (Jose) Jaquez, Anna Marie (Brian) Strout, John Kenneth, Jr., Frederick Harold (Darla), and Janet Kay (Matthew) Churchwell, was a resident of Berwyn Heights, MD. She is also survived by her sister, Nancy Kay Crowder [Dublin, VA], 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
