Thanks Paul, I sent my cousin to the store and she got Moss self-rising white corn meal, hope this works as well as Martha White. When I go to the store I will get a 2 lb. bag of all brands. We have a hard time finding any side meat or plain old fat back for beans and greens as they say its a seasonal item sold November & December. I guess this is progress in Colonial Heights, Va.
