Speaking of cleaning, I have everything under the stars in my basement BUT it is flooded from all the hard rains we have had..I have a pump going down there and also a BIG fan blowing.... I had that K-Guard guttering installed on my house ..it is almost twice as big as regular guttering and sheds leaves like the plague as it has a top on it BUT when it pours the rain like we have had, the rain comes off the roof so fast that it shoots over the top of that guttering onto my back walk and then washes into my basement through the basement door......makes me want to get up there and remove the top of that guttering... Paul Ouch I hate to hear of your flooding problem :( My husband and I were thinking about trying the K-Guard guttering, now we won't be...thanks for the heads up. Paul do you ever have a problem with earwigs? seems they like basements and my carport.
