Bobby Hylton Conner CONNER, Bobby Hylton, 80, of Richmond, departed from this earth on May 18, 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife, Deloris G. Conner. He is survived by his children, Randall Conner (Bernadette), Lynn Dionne (Charles) and Elizabeth Hebert (Bobby); grandchildren, Justin, Andrew, Christian, Matthew, Lindsey and Anna; and a special friend, Barbara Wheat. Bobby was the Fuels Tax Manager for the State of Virginia and retired after 30 years of service. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 20, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the West Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 11020 W. Broad Street, also where a funeral service will be conducted Thursday, May 21, at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
