Last November there was some discussion on having a picnic this year. Is it still in the planning stages? Ken

For my part, I would love to attend a picnic, but as we will be in the middle of moving to Carroll County this summer, I probably could not help much. However, I am volunteering right now to take a lead role in planning a picnic for 2009. We will be right next door to Floyd and I would be more than happy to do much of the leg work to set one up for next summer! There's been some talk about even having it at our new place, but we'll have to see about that one (and how many porta-potties we could rent...ha!) If there IS a picnic this summer, I will certainly try to put in an appearance! Ken: I will be having major dental surgery on Thursday and am afraid I will not be going anywhere this spring or summer. Lots of healing to do and regular appointments with all the dentists involved. Did not know last fall that this would be taking place. But, like Kat, I'll sure be there in 2009. I can't tell you how disappointed I am.
