Carol, I see that that Carol has already posted his address and phone #. I bought this book a couple of years ago at the price of $42.50 from Elza's sister in law who lived in Indian Valley. She has since passed away (Nov 07) and her house is up for sale. Can you believe it? Elza comes to Indian Valley the first Sunday of August for the family reunion. He usually has several books with him. Do you live in Virginia? I would imagine that shipping is costly these days.
