Pat, A woman was selling these books at the Floyd High School craft show back in October. I didn't have the funds to purchase the book at that time. She gave me her business card with a phone number of (540) 381-0894 and said that I could call her when I was ready for one. There are also supplements I and II available . The book is $35.00, Supplement I is $25.00 and Supplement II is only $8.00 I do not know what these supplements consist of. I'm assuming amendments or additions to the original book. Good Luck.
