    2. Dan Smith
    3. Yes, it's the same Byrd Smith. I don't have marriage records for him and Lydia Iddings, but their oldest son, Henry L Smith, was born 16 Oct 1833, so they must have married in the early 1830's. Byrd and Lydia are both buried in the Salem Church Head of the River Cemetery in Floyd. According to the headstones, Byrd was born 15 Jul 1809 and he died 22 Feb 1896. Lydia was born 23 Mar 1814 and died 12 Oct 1884. Lydia is the daughter of Henry B. Iddings, Sr., born 25 Dec 1761 in Chester County, PA. He died 24 Jun 1854 in Floyd. His wife was Abigail Olive Richardson, born circa 1760 in Chester County, PA and died circa 1845. -Dan sisson42@aol.com wrote: > Hi Dan, > > Did your Byrd SMITH marry Lydia IDDINGS? 2. Thanks, Dan, for filling in the blanks. I appreciate it. Not really related except by marriage.
