Paul,  I am doing fine, just trying to keep my blood sugars low, and that is hard for me to do at this time of year.  I love fresh fruit, and we have so much of it around here in Modesto.  Love fresh strawbeeries!!  Had a Sugar Free ice cream bar yesterday and my sugar went sky high. I said to myself if this is sugar free......why is this doing this to me.  I guiess I can not eat the sugaar free thjngs either.....so that leaves me with only salads and lemon juice.  Do not mean to bitch at you but, you askeds.  Other than that I am trying to stay cool on these HOT days. Our granddaughyt arrived home from college today Jessica (granddaughter) has been in Austiin, Texas going to St. Edward U.  she will graduate this next year.  She is majoring in Political Science and History.  In June the last part we are getting together, (my sister and her family, my 3 bgrothers and thier families) that will be about 40 of us.  We thought we should do tis as our children and grandchildren do not know each other.  This will be a 3 day event.  Looking forwrd to this.  Should be fun!!  How are you and your wife doing?  Think about her and remembedr how you take care of her and do a very good job.  She is very lucky to have a hujsband thast takes such care.
