I think this could be the father of Francis Asbury Munsey. Parents of Jermiah John Munsey b abt 1764 Augusta Co VA ..D 1857 Lee Co Va Wife. Naomi "Mourning" Muncy b. abt 1768 Augusta co Va. D. 1855 Lee Co. Va Skidmore Munsey B. 1731 Kent Co Delaware m. Mary Scott (birth & death unknown) A major problem in this family is the same name used generation after generation. My Grandfather's given name was Francis, he was called John. He named his first child, a daughter, Francis.
