I have John richard Radford 1735 va d 1828 buckingham co va and Jane anne Johnson 1740 va 1777 Buckingham Christian va  as the parents of james tazewell Radford 1768 james city va d 1862 franklin co va and mary radford 1770 franklin co va d 1850 franklin co va they married 1794 fanklin co va james had 13 children , i havent research for mary's maiden name since this isn't one of my lines Clarence sanderson xenia ohio I have acquired a book called, "The Radfords and Friends of the Cumberland  Valley"by Kenneth Claude Williams. I am trying to connect my Radfords to this  family line. Can anyone tell me the parents and siblings of James Radford,  b. abt. 1768 d. 1851 who was married to Mary (possibly Weathers)? The Radfords  of the book appear to descend from a Francis Radford b. 1615 and came to America  in 1635.  He married an Ann Lay, and they had two sons: John and Milner.  The line descends from their son John.  John was born in 1674 and was the  father of at least five children: 1. John 2. Milner 3. Francis 4. William and 5. Mary who married William  Weathers in 1713.  William was a Justice of the Peace at one time in  Henrico Co., VA. The name Weathers may connect them in some way to my James  Radford. Any help appreciated.
