    3. You all are forgetting to add diced fresh tomatoes to the beans, cornbread and onion. I am going to have to cook a pot of pintos with ham, after reading these notes. I found some good onions and tomatoes at the Farmers Market in Hillsville. Didn't I see where Floyd now has a Farmers Market?  If you cannot grow your own, these markets are the next best choice,   Have A good day and happy eating.
