It has about the most complete collection of Civil War material you could ever hope to search. It is located in the basement and its curiator is one of the most helpfiul I have found anywhere. He located what I was looking for in minutes and even made an appointment for me to come back ON HIS DAY OFF to copy the material he hasd found. Blacksburg is in Montgomery County next to Christiansburg and only a few miles from Floyd County. So make a detour you will find it worthwhile for anything on the CIVIL War.
