Franklin County Kinship By Friends Of Genealogy will meet on Saturday November 6th, 9-2 at the Franklin Co. library in Rocky Mt., Va. Everyone is invited. If you are interested in genealogy or know someone who would like to get started this is a good place to start. We would like to to get a picture of every house in Franklin Co. or if one was tore down and you have a picture please let us have it. Please put down the year that it was built or you think it was in exitence. Also we want to get a church bulletin with a picture of the church on it. If you have old pictures of Franklin Co. or of your family please please let us have them. We will have a lot of informative information to give out. There also will be a door prize. Please let me know if plan on attending. Again it is casual, no fees, no dues.
