This is kind of a long shot, but does anybody know anything about the Moore Cemetery or the Hattie Marshall Cemetery near Dugspur in Carroll County? Some of my mother's people are buried in these. I can find coordinates on the Internet but no listings. Thanks, Dan

Dan, A friend of mine provides the following information: My great, great grandparents are buried in the Hattie Moore Cemetery. It is on Rt. 755, .5 miles east of Rt. 611 intersection. (From 221 take Double Cabin to intersection of Road Creek Ford and Panter Creek. Go right on Panter Creek, to right on Deep Water Rd. (611) Take this to 755, go right. The cemetery is about a half a mile on your left. Private drive by house and barn to cemetery. Have you ever visited? The gentleman at the Carroll County Historical Society told me that my GGGF John Henry Moore and his wife Nancy Thompson Moore are buried there, but I do not see them in a listing from findagrave.com that Donna Armentrout sent to me. Perhaps the markings on their graves haven't survived the years.
