Does anyone have any thing on a Jessie F Rutrough son of Jacob W. Rutrough and Cahterine E. Black.? I can not find Catherine in the 1930 census and the only Jesse I can find is listed as the son of Elmer Rutrough. Jesse is listed as 16 and in the 1920 census Jessie F was listed as 6.
