Jack, I believe Daniel and wife are still living in 1810. In the census of 1810 there is one male and 2 females in the age group of "over 45". Unfortunately, this census doesn't give more of a breakdown for the elder groups. Tax records would help. It looks to me as if there is a Sr. after his name. Will send you this image privately so you can see the nearby families as well. Anything else I will forward to you. For years I have been trying to determine Daniel's wife Sarah's maiden name. I recently discovered info on the web that Sarah's last name was Bolt and they were married in Montgomery County, VA about 1746. I checked the records in Christinasburg recently but could not find any records there. There is the possibility that they may be in Botetourt, Fincastle or Bedford counties. If anyone happens to be searching at any of these county records I would appreciate your adding Daniel and Sarah to your search list. Thanks. Jack Spangler Ellicott City, MD
