He is buried in the old courthouse cemetary and I have been wanting to see about getting a D of the C marker for him but not sure how to go about doing it. Seeking parents of Simpson RICHARDS, b. abt 1804, possibly in Franklin CoVA, m. 01 Nov 1832 in Floyd CoVA to Nancy VEST, b. 1816. Nancy was the youngest child of Littleberry VEST and his first wife, Polly (Mary?) MOORE. However, I have thus far been unable to find Simpson's relatives. I found some lost ancestors and figured out they were RELATED to Ole Paul!! We are practically kissin' cousins...although the last time I went to give Ole Paul a smootch, he ran for the hills!
