The Rosie E. Sowers who is the daughter of Emeline Catherine Thompson and William Lester Sowers was born on April 1, 1884(Source: Families of Floyd County by Barbara Reininger). William Lester Sowers and Emeline Catherine Thompson were married on: 15 August 1872 (Source: Families of Floyd County and Floyd County Marriage Registry 3, Page 40).
