    3. ALL of you that attended, today made my DAY. All I done was say, come to Floyd and we will eat...LOL It was a GREAT and ENJOYABLE Day for us all. My husband Ray and daughter Joanne really enjoyed meeting my Genealogy family, they really bragged on all of you.I tell them all the time how much we love each other and try to help one another out. When he had his stroke everyone prayed and did everything you could to help me out. Maybe this little get together, can show all of you JUST HOW MUCH it meant to us.     3. Bobby Hylton Conner CONNER, Bobby Hylton, 80, of Richmond, departed from this earth on May 18, 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife, Deloris G. Conner. He is survived by his children, Randall Conner (Bernadette), Lynn Dionne (Charles) and Elizabeth Hebert (Bobby); grandchildren, Justin, Andrew, Christian, Matthew, Lindsey and Anna; and a special friend, Barbara Wheat. Bobby was the Fuels Tax Manager for the State of Virginia and retired after 30 years of service.     3. Herman Peters June 27, 1917 - Feb. 24, 2005 Age 88, of Stockton. Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home. 209-334-9613 Stockton Herman T. Peters Jan. 27, 1917 - February 24, 2005 Herman T. Peters passed away at a hospital in Stockton, CA on Thursday, February 24, 2005. He was 88 years old. He was born on January 27, 1917 in Virginia. He worked as a tunnel worker for 40 years and lived in Stockton for 25 years. In his free time, he loved watching Nascar Racing, making windmills and loved being around and helping people and was very dedicated to his church. He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary J. Peters of Stockton; his loving children, Diana Harper of Red-ding, Merry Moore of Rancho Cucamonga, Debbie Catechi of Red-ding, Mac Garner and Patricia Dummer and 2 sisters, Ocie Rakes and Peggy Harris, both of Floyd, Virginia. Herman adored his grandchildren, Ted Garner, John Cadigan, Elizabeth Cadigan, David Garner, Sandy Ramirez, David Dummer, John and Elizabeth Cadigan, Kyle and Ryan Harper, Joey and Jessica Sandercoch, Tina and David Garner and great-grandchildren, Monica, Nazarith and Ziahia Garner, Skylar Dummer and Shandi Anderson. Herman is also survived by his dogs that he loved, Mitcy, Bronco Elway and Buddy. There will be a funeral service on March 2, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. The service will take place at the Big Valley Bible Church, 226 Poplar St., Lodi, CA, followed by a committal service at Cherokee Memorial Park, Lodi. There will be a visitation on Tuesday, March 1, from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. The visitation will be at Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home, 831 Industrial Way, Lodi.
