We have lost my husband's father. He passed away June 4, between 1:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. He had congestive heart failure and cancer. His name was Dow Darrell Bishop, he was the son of Roscoe Bishop and Grace McClurg, grandson of Miles Bishop and Nancy Jane Matney, gr grandson of William E. Bishop Sr. and Mary Polly Justice, gr gr grandson of George Bishop and Nancy Anna Boothe, gr gr gr grandson of Hans Johannes Bischoff, who settled and died in Floyd County Virginia, originally from Oberhausen Germany.
