    1. RE: BUSHROD/MCCARTY
    2. W. Greene
    3. Can someone tell me which BUSHROD families lived in Fauquier and Culpeper Counties? I have a Bushrod McCarty born about 1832 in Culpeper County, VA and his brother was Stephen French McCarty born 7 Jul 1835 in Rappahanock County, VA. Rappahanock County formed 1833 from the northern section of Culpeper and that's the area where my McCarty's lived. I did some research and there was someone named Stephen French that lived in Prince William County and his daughters married McCarty's but I couldn't find a connection to him. I'm curious how the name Bushrod got into my McCarty family. Thanks. -----Original Message----- From: Tim Kreh [mailto:krehztim@yahoo.com] Sent: Monday, December 08, 2003 10:20 AM To: VAFAUQUI-L@rootsweb.com Subject: BUSHROD Bushrod Samuel Bushrod of Co.
