My notes show that Augustine & Ann Smith's son, Thomas, married Elizabeth Adams. Their son Augustine married Ann "Nancy" Chilton. Augustine & Susanna (Darnall) Smith had a son Thompson Smith who married Polly James. I do not have any information that I consider definite on any of his children. Smith (1823 - ) m Emily Louisa Ann Smith (1828 - ) m. James McDonald Briggs Joseph D. Smith m. Martha Leonard SO - I'm not sure if the Thompson L. Smith you referred to is the son of Augustine & Susannah, or Charles and Louisa. If you look at the dates you listed, if Thompson was married in 1808, their son couldn't have married anyone in 1798. BUT - I have the son of Augustine & Ann Marshall Smith, Thomas, as the father of the Augustine that married Ann "Nancy" Chilton. I would be interested in seeing your information and/or documentation, as perhaps I am misunderstanding your response.
