Wm Tomlin of Farnham Parish Essex Co Gent & Ann his wife for 150 pounds sold to John Stretchley of White Chapple Parish Lancaster County Gentleman..a plantation where of James Williamson died seized surveyed by Edwin Conway surveyor 700 acres part of a devident of land formerly granted to the said James Williamson by patentdated 22 May 1650 adjoining John Crutcher, formerly in the occupacon of Charles Daves and lately of the said Wm Tomlin and by the said Davis and lately of the said Wm Tomlin and by the said Daves purch of Capt Wm Ball and Margtt his wife & Anthony Bridges on behalf of John Rosier and Mary his wife and now in the possession of the said Wm Tomlin (except I lease granted to Bengce by Ann late widow of the said Charles Daves: Witness Geo Taylor, Wm Underwood, Jno Taverner, Wm Tayloe, Hen Agrom, John Ship.
