I came across this while looking through some old records and thought it might be of interest to someone. It is from the "Bulletin of the Virginia State Library" and is titled "Justices of the Peace of Colonial Virginia". The part I copied also covers several other Virginia counties. I'm curious. What does the "Quo." mean that follows James Bell's name on the list. My Harrison OWEN was a witness to the will of James Bell in 1810. Is anyone tracing the BELLs of Fauquier County?
