The Richmond Co. Library would be in Wasaw, the county seat but I do not recall it being much of a collection. Westmoreland would be in Montross and it is in a Museum. There is a fairly large one with a regional collection in Fredericksburg. And Stafford Co folks use it also. It is in Spottsylvania co. but downtown Fredericksburg. Margaret R.
