I was particularly interested in the Sigler name because a Richard Sigler (miss spelled on the document Stage) signed as Teste with Edward Northcraft on a permission note for Hezekiah Rutter's daughter to marry Aaron Henry. I believe the Hezekiah Rutter that was in Shenandoah Co., VA lived in 1790 in Fauquier Co., VA. I believe the name was also spelled Staig and that he had a Shenandoah Co. VA merchants license.
