I believe my Hitt family originated from the Germanna Colony, and it was a descendant, Sarah HITT (c. 1825-1879) that married Stephen Julious FLETCHER (c 1810-????) in 1846 in Fauquier Co. VA. Sarah's parents may be Steven HITT and Sara LOW. Daniel WINES (1822-1873) married Mary Catherine KEIRNES (1833-????) in 1856 in Fauquier Co. VA. Daniel's parents may be John WINES and Jaminsa EDWARDS Catherine's parents may be William KEIRNES and Catherine HEFLIN I do not have the parents of William MOORE and his wife Adelaide Lincoln CARTER. My great-grandmother, Dora Mae MOOORE (1888-1938)was their daughter. I'm still trying to document some of the relationships so if anyone knows of any of these couples please contact me!
