    3. Does any one know how the districts were divied up for tax purposes? For example, the Tippett line was enumerated in Thomas Blackwell's district from 1806 to 1820. Enoch D Withers was a comissioner for one of the other districts, and I think there was yet one more district, if I recall correctly, in this timeframe. What part of Fauquier was represented by Thomas Blackwell's district (I have the Scheel map and would like to know where to look). John Charles Tippet johntippet@cox.net
