Does anyone know of a bookstore around Warrenton or elsewhere around Fauquier County that might be interested in carying one or two of my reprints? I've been selling some online on ebay, etc. but need to start selling more if I want to keep going. Preferably a bookstore that specializes in old history, genealogy, etc as that is the kind of book I'm printing. Not a big market for most general purpose bookstores but a local gift shop in a historical district might be perfect. Especially for something like the bicentenial 1959 "Fauquier County, Virginia 1759-1959" or the 1938 "Legends of Loudoun" by Williams which both have large sections on old houses and estates in their respective counties. Also, for individuals, I'm looking to borrow "out-of-copyright" history and genealogy books in exchange for reprints of your choice (preferably books that aren't available at a reasonable cost from other reprinters but not necessarily). I have several that haven't been advertised yet for Culpeper, Augusta, Shenandoah, Frederick Counties, etc.. I make a digital copy using a planetary scanner with a book cradle so the original isn't damaged and I can then make paperback reprints to order in about a half an hour to an hour's time.
