    1. Records of Some Germanna Colonists, Mostly Second Colony
    2. While searching the Family History Library Catalog on _www.familysearch.org_ (http://www.familysearch.org) for Orange Co., Virginia, I did as a friend suggested and clicked on the topic Genealogy Lo and Behold--a lot of genealogies for Second Germanna Colonists are cataloged there, mostly by Zimmerman and Cerni. These probably have NOT been filmed. However, if you click on one of the titles and there are two identical listings, the second listing MAY be a film of the book. I did not check. My Orange Co. folks seem NOT to have been of Germanna, either first or second colony, but doubtless they intermarried in Kentucky!!! As John Blankbaker has pointed out in some of his writings, some of these works are flawed, but they are a good place to begin your search, if you are just beginning. Professional genealogists and lecturers always say, see what has been pulished. As my research professor used to say, Make a search of the literature!!! You may make some additional or refuing discoveries, and isn't that fun!!! E.W.Wallace PS Did any of these folks marry into the Burrus or Tandy families?
