Dear E.W. Wallace, My late husband was a Kemper descendant also. They are part of the Nassau Seigen folks living in Germana. If I remember correctly they have a website, just I have never been to it. I will look in husbands records & book on Naussau Seigen to see if Reuben is there. Just got back from church, will look up in a bit.
