I have read that a parent, particularly, a father had to obtain a guardianship and it must be renewed at intervals......according to the way I understood it. Can anyone say if so and why if it is a father. I have seen the "powers that be" removed children from a widowed mother and placed them in apprenticeships - or for the girl children, as mother's helpers in other homes????? [email protected]
