No doubt this is my Charles Jones because he was receiving guardianship of of Tabitha A. Waugh, daughter of Elizabeth Waugh. In the Will of Charles Jones, he states "his niece Tabitha A. Waugh" making Elizabeth Waugh sister of Charles Jones. Maybe the "G." in William Jones' name might stand for "Godfrey" surname?
