Mary In the name of God Amen, I Benjamin Stigler of Hanover Parish and County of King George being very weak and weak of body but his past sins and memory of. Thanks be to Almighty God for the same do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form as followeth. Linsh? I bequeath my body to the earth from whence it came and my soul to Almighty God who gave it, desiring my body to be decently buried at the hands of my executors hereafter mentioned and as for touching such worldly goods as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow upon me. I give and bequeath as followeth - Item - I give and bequeath to my loving wife Mary Stigler all my estate during her widowed hooks? but if she should marry then my will and desire is that she shall have her dower by law only.
