Perhaps you are correct. That seems more plausable than the same one marrying both James McCormick in 1740 and then Benjamin Jennings in 1779. Would like to hear from anyone that can shed any light on this issue. Tks. Art, this may be of help, from John Alcock's book "Fauquier Families 1759-1799", page 238: McCormack, James. Minutes Book 1, pg. 10, June 1759 - Ann McCormack granted admin. of est. and inv. (Will Book 1, pg 9), ordered. Minutes Book 1, pg 59, 1760 - Dower of Ann Jennings, late widow of James McCormack to be set off. Ann McCormack was on the tithables list for 1759, and also paid tithable for a Daniel McCormack that year. Page 189: Jennings, Ann. Minutes Book 1, pg 59, 1760 - Her dower as widow of James McCormack set off. It appears that a Susanna Duff married Berryman Jennings 9/28/1779 (he was the son of Augustine and Hannah Jennings). Berryman's estate was divided between her and son Berryman 1783. Then she married Daniel Marr 7/18/1786.
