Minutes Book 1, pg 59, 760 - Dower of Ann Jennings, late widow of James McCormack to be set off. Ann McCormack was on the tithables list for 1759, and also paid tithable for Daniel McCormack that year. Page 189: Jennings, Ann. Minutes Book 1, pg 59, 1760 - Her dower as widow of ames McCormack set off. It appears that a Susanna Duff married Berryman Jennings 9/28/1779 (he was he son of Augustine and Hannah Jennings). Berryman's estate was divided etween her and son Berryman 1783. Then she married Daniel Marr 7/18/1786.     3. Sandra, Thanks again. I wonder if the Alcock book "Fauquier Families" includes anything about the McNees/McNiece family, specifically John and brother William. Per one source, James McCormick had a daughter named Jane who married William McNees. The McNees were in Augusta Co., Va. in 1760/70's. Wm. and Jane md. in 1771 and moved on to Westmoreland Co., Pa. by 1774. John McNees went on to Hampshire Co., Va. and then on to Bourbon Co., Ky. by 1791.
