As shown in the Will of James Childs previously sent, he named James Richards. James Childs' wife Milly McConchie had sister Dorothy McConchie m. John Humphries. John Humphries had brother THOMAS HUMPRIES m. Elizabeth RICHARDS. Elizabeth Richards was daughter of William Richards. I believe the James Richards named in Will of James Childs to be brother of Elizabeth. I think the FATHER of JAMES RICHARDS and ELIZABETH RICHARDS was WILLIAM RICHARDS and he was married to ELIZA MILLER, d/o of SIMON MILLER. Another interesting association was that Charles Jones named his niece Tabitha A. Waugh in his will. Tabitha A. Waugh in her will had witness STANTON G. EMBREY. It looks as if STANTON G. EMBREY married "Delia" Miller, d/o of SIMON MILLER but I think this SIMON MILLER was SON of the SIMON MILLER whose daughter married WILLIAM RICHARDS. Also, Charles Jones and Sidney F. Chapman proved inventory of William Stone to Benjamin N. Barnett in 1834/5 so THERE MUST BE JONES line close to these lines? Thanks! Amanda Court Record Data Context Extract Birth John A.
