This was a JONES line that had JOHN WAUGH as witness. I haven't been able to do anything with this yet. Does anyone have this James Armstrong or Elizabeth Benson? I GEORGE JONES of King George County being of perfect health, sense & memory praised be god for it, do ordain and constitute this my last will and testament revoking & making null & void all former wills by me made, & this only to being taken for my last will and testament & none other. Impremis I recommend my soul to god that gave it, and as to what temporal blessings the Lord of his mercy hath been pleased to endow(?) me with in this world, I give & dispose of as followeth. Viz.: Item I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife MARGARET JONES during her life my whole estate and after her decease, it is my will & desire that the land, being the land where on I now live be equally divided between my two sons JOHN JONES AND GEORGE JONES, and it is my will & desire that JOHN'S land include his house he now lives in, and GEORGE'S the house I now live in. Item it is my Will and desire that after the decease of my two sons GEORGE & JOHN that the said land be equally divided between my two sons JAMES & THOMAS and it is my will and desire that after JAMES & THOMA'S decease that the said land be equally divided between my two sons RICHARD & EDWARD to them & their heirs lawfully begotten of their bodys forever.
