William Jones m. Sarah Emmons Son: Jesse Jones m. Judy Wigginton, 26 Aug. 1816 Fauquier Co., bdsm: d/o William Question: Would anyone know if WILLIAM WIGGINTON could connect to below line of Wiggington? Question: Would anyone know the line of WILLIAM B. STONE? Question: Would anyone know who PETER GRANT was that was neighbor? Thank you, Amanda "Deed Book 23 page 133, Indenture made 8th day of October 1818 between George Freeman and Jael his wife in the County of Fauquier of the one part and William Jones, Sr. (He married Sarah Emmons) of the ame place of the other witnesseth that the said George Freeman and Jael his wife for and in consideration of the sum of..." Jael Freeman was Jael Stigler, d/o James Stigler and Mildred (Reeds) Brown and in this indenture it says land fell to the said George Freeman and his wife Jael in dividing the landed estate of James Stigler deceased it being a part of the tract whereon the said PETER GRANT lived and resided. Then this it goes on to sayd that this land ran to such and such corner of CLAXTON property... Since William Jones had a son who married a Wigginton and due to name of Peter Grant, I'm thinking maybe below lines could make a connection? Also, I have a William Stone who was associated with the above lines.
